Quality control
Microbiological testing and traceabilty: All caraway lots are exactingly tested and documented during the cleaning and processing. To guarantee full traceability the results are documented for at least 3-years.
The basic quality testing includes tests for oil content, moisture, total plate count, yeasts and moulds. A large number of test and research work is made continuously to guarantee the completion of our specific quality specifications.
Physiological quality assurance: Every production line, starting from the cleaning line and ending to the packaging line, is equipped with a metal detector of its own. The highest quality standards are guaranteed by the use of altogether 6 metal detectors or high efficiency magnets.
